Information we collect
Contact form: when you submit our form, we collect the details you enter — your name, email, and optionally your company, phone number, the service you are interested in, your budget range and your message.
Website analytics: when you visit, we record the page you viewed, the website that referred you (domain only), your country, your device type (mobile or desktop) and a one-way hash that changes every day. The hash lets us count unique visitors without storing your IP address or identifying you across days.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies. We do not store your IP address or full browser details. We do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
We use contact form details to reply to your inquiry and to manage our business relationship with you. We use analytics data to understand how our website is used and to improve it.
Service providers
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides our database and the Turnstile verification that protects our form from spam. Cloudflare processes data on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention
We keep contact form details for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and analytics records only as long as needed for reporting. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@cyberbay.one. Your browser's Do Not Track setting is respected only if our analytics script supports it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it was last changed.
